Job Overview

Our Sales Associates serve as the primary company interface with our customers; explaining our services, booking orders and supporting the customer during their auto transport move. Objectives are to drive sales for the company and build the company’s overall competitive position:

• By providing exceptional customer relationship management; fostering trust and open communications
• By increasing individual and company sales through leverage of customer relationships and market intelligence
Warm leads are provided by Total Car Shipping. Leads represent potential customers who are all interested in the services Total Car Shipping provides; no cold calling is necessary. Sales Associates develop and maintain communications with prospective customers through email and phone using provided CRM tools. Sales Associates seek to develop a productive relationship with potential customers resulting in converting as many as possible into purchases of the company’s services.


Qualifications / Requirements:

• 6 months of telemarketing / phone sales experience desired but none is required
• Enthusiastic and motivated attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and phone systems
• High School Diploma
• We will train you with all other skills needed to succeed
