When do your events start/finish?
The majority of East Coast Career Fairs events will run from 11 AM to 2PM. However, East Coast Career Fairs held in New York will run for an extra one hour from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

How do I register for an event?
You may register online with us by clicking on the "Register Now" tab at the top of the page or if you have any specific questions relating to a specific event, give us a call. 866-838-5111.

What is the deadline to purchase a booth?
We recommend that Exhibitors should register 30 days prior to the scheduled event date in order to take full advantage of the booth package offerings and full term advertising.

What time can Employers start setting up their booths?
East Coast Career Fairs recommends that Employers should set up approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time.

What time can Employers start breaking down their booths?
Exhibitors should start breaking down their booth as soon as the event is over.

What is the Online Resume Database?
The Online Resume Database is a collection of resumes from all the job seekers who uploaded their resume for each specific event. Access to this database is included with the Level 2 and Corporate Sponsor Packages. You may also purchase resume access for $295.

Is parking included?
No. Parking is not included. However, most hotels do offer free parking.

What are your refund and cancellation policies?
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to attend our event. East Coast Career Fairs does not offer refunds. if you are unable to attend an event which you have signed up for, we can offer you another event in exchange as long as we receive a minimum of 30 days notice.

Cancellations must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to our "no show" policy.

When would East Coast Career Fairs cancel an event?
As you know, the East Coast can be very unpredictable! In the event of inclement weather we will notify all exhibitors of the cancellation within 24 hours of the event date.
